This alert applies to the following park:
Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service and Partnerships (QPWS&P) will be conducting planned aerial burning within Cape Hillsborough National Park from Tuesday 9 July to Thursday 11 July 2024.
This planned burn forms part of the annual hazard reduction/conservation management program for parks and forests.
As a result, the Beachcomber Cove track, Yuwi plant trail and Andrews Point track will be closed for public access for the duration of the burn.
