This alert applies to the following park:
- Jardine River National Park, Heathlands Resources Reserve and Jardine River Resources ReserveTropical North Queensland
The entry into Eliot Falls camping and day-use area requires crossing Scrubby Creek on the Old Telegraph Track (managed by Cook Shire Council). This crossing is only suitable for high clearance four-wheel-drive vehicles due to severe erosion of the entry and exit points.
