These burns are being undertaken to help protect life and property in the event of a wildfire and to maintain healthy forests.

During the planned burn period, these areas are closed to public access:

  • Lost World saddle remote bush camp site

Observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers, and do not enter closed areas.

All permits for closed areas are suspended for the duration of the closure.
