This alert applies to the following park:

The Queensland Parks and Wildlife service have closed the Bunyaville Dam wall as a result of damage from ex-tropical cyclone Alfred. This closure includes mountain bike trail 7. Heavy rainfall has caused damage to the dam wall. This closure will remain until the damage is rectified and area is assessed as safe by engineers.
Please monitor park alerts on the department's website for updated information.
Please observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers and do not enter closed areas.
Facilities will reopen when conditions are considered safe.
