Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service will be conducting planned burning operations from Wednesday 2 July to Friday 4 July 2025 (dates inclusive).
This burn is being carried out for fuel hazard reduction and conservation management purposes.
Visitor facilities in Goldsborough Valley section, Wooroonooran National Park will not be impacted and will remain open, however firefighters may be working near roads and smoke may be seen in the vicinity.
