Camping in Eungella
Nestled beside Broken River enjoy camping under the star listening to the sounds of water flowing over rocks. Both camping areas are in close proximity to the Broken River visitor area with access various short family friendly walks and longer hikes.
The self-service kiosk at this park has been decommissioned.
Visitors need to book their camping permit before they visit. Book online, at an over-the-counter booking office or by phone.
Mobile Phone reception is available at Eungella township or at Sky Window.
Camping permits are required and fees apply. A camping tag with your booking number must be displayed at your camp site.
Park-specific conditions
- Camp fires are permitted in the fireplaces provided (except when fire bans apply). Bring your own clean milled timber. For up to date fire ban information, visit fire.qld.gov.au.
- Collecting fire wood in the national park is not permitted.
- Generators are permitted in the Broken River camping area only (conditions apply).
- Rubbish bins are not provided. Take all your rubbish away with you for disposal or recycling.
- Dogs and other domestic animals are not permitted in the national park.
