Rising above the town of Atherton, Hallorans Hill is an extinct volcanic cone covered in open eucalypt and rare mabi forests. There are spectacular views of the surrounding landscape from the council park at the summit.

Within Atherton township, 84km from Cairns via the Gillies Highway or 100 km via the Kuranda Range
