Camping area features: adjacent to Koombooloomba Dam.

Location: 14km from the entrance to the national park adjacent to Koombooloomba Dam. Follow the bush camping area sign.

Access: the camping area can be reached by conventional vehicle (with high clearance in dry conditions), motorcycle, bicycle and on foot. It is not accessible for caravans, buses and motorhomes. Motorised vehicles (including motorbikes) must be registered and operated by licensed drivers/riders.

Number of sites: no designated or numbered sites.

Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping beside your car; walk-in camping and camper trailers.

Camp site surface: dirt.

Facilities: none.

Open fires: small campfires with a 2m buffer are permitted (except during a fire ban). Firewood must not be collected from the national park or conservation park. Ensure fires are put out before leaving.

Generators: permitted between 8am and 7pm. Noise levels must not exceed 65dB(A) at 7m from the generator.
