Due to current and ongoing restoration works on the Cunningham Highway, walking tracks and visitor areas at the Cunninghams Gap section of Main Range National Park have been temporarily affected.

The following visitor areas have changed conditions:

• West Gap Creek picnic area and Box Forest track will be closed from 6am Monday to Friday 6pm from Monday 29 April to Friday 21 June.
• Mount Mitchell track has been temporarily realigned and can be accessed from the western side of The Crest carpark via a temporary pedestrian crossing.
• During construction, there is a temporary reduction in the number of carparking spaces at The Crest.

Road conditions and roadworks signage may vary depending on the stage of construction, and visitors are asked to follow all instructions and drive safely to road conditions.
