This alert applies to the following park:
- Inskip Peninsula Recreation AreaSunshine Coast
As a result of severe weather damage, M.V. Natone camping area at Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area is temporarily closed until 15 October 2025.
QPWS Rangers are managing the situation and have damage repair activities in progress.
Alternative camping areas withn the Inskip Peninsula Recreation Area are available.
All permits for closed areas are suspended during this closure. Cancel and request a refund online: https://parks.desi.qld.gov.au/camping/how-to-make-a-booking/cancel-a-camping-booking
Observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers, and do not enter closed areas..
