Use the camping area as a base from which to explore Crows Nest National Park's eucalypt-covered ranges and sheltered gorges.

Camping area features: Individual campsites situated amid open eucalypt woodland. Pit toilet facilities and showers are located centrally to the campsites.

Access: Accessible by conventional vehicles (with care) via a short gravel track leading off the main access road just before the picnic area.

Number of sites: 13 individual campsites, ranging in size from small to large with maximum capacities of 4 to 10 people per site.

Campsites are suitable for: tent camping beside your car; walk-in camping; caravans; camper trailers or motor homes.

Campsite surface: Grass.

Facilities: Pit toilets, wood barbecues, 'boil-your-own-water' showers, water (treat before drinking).

Open fires: Allowed (except when fire bans apply) in barbecues only. The use of gas or fuel stoves is preferred. Firewood is not provided so please bring your own clean, milled timber. Do not collect wood from the national park.

Generators: Not allowed.

Essentials to bring: Drinking water, rubbish bags, insect repellent, gas stove. Bring your own clean, milled firewood if you want to use the barbecues provided.

Bookings: Book online, over the counter or by phone.

Mobile phone coverage: Good to poor, depending on your network provider.
