Campground features: Set in vegetation behind the beach adjacent to a seasonal freshwater lagoon, this bay provides a pretty and secluded camping experience.

Location: Set between two rocky headlands on the east side of Gloucester Island, approximately 25 km east-north-east of Bowen.

Access: The campground can be reached by boat (only). The east-facing beach is steep and the anchorage is unreliable.

Number of sites: Open area without separately defined sites. Maximum of 6 people.

Campsites are suitable for: walk-in camping.

Campsite surface: Sand and rubble.

Facilities: None.

Open fires: Prohibited.

Generators: Not permitted.
