Interpretative signage along the trail highlight the wealth of plants the Yuwi people use for food and medicine and describes traditional life in this rich coastal country. Keep an eye out for the remains of the fish trap with good views across Sandy Bay.

The trail follows the coast through open woodland and a cool pocket of rainforest, and you can access the beach at several points.
