Camping area features: set beside the creek is an open area.

Location: 12km west of the Bruce Highway, the camping area is located 200m past the old forest station site.

Access: the road to Jaxut campground is only suitable for 4WD vehicles.

Number of sites: open area without separately defined sites.

Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping beside your car and camper trailers.

Facilities: composting toilet, picnic tables and communal fire rings.

Open fires: allowed in communal fire rings only (except when fire bans apply). Fuel stoves are recommended. Bring your own clean, milled timber.

Generator use: permitted. Generators that operate at or below 65dB(A) are allowed between the hours of 9am to 8pm.

Essentials to bring: drinking water, rubbish bags, insect repellent, sunscreen.
