While away the days at this popular camping area managed by the Mackay Regional Council. It is sprawled along both banks of the North Kennedy River.

Crediton Hall camping area is managed by Mackay Regional Council. It can be reached on foot from the Mackay Highlands Great Walk and by vehicle. Facilities include water (treat before drinking) and composting toilets. Mobile phone coverage is poor.

Camping area features: grassy reserve around Crediton Hall.

Location: 14.7km south-east of Eungella on Crediton Loop Road.

Access: the camping area can be reached by conventional vehicles and on foot from the Mackay Highlands Great Walk.

Number of sites: open area without separately defined sites. Maximum of 24 people.

Camp sites are suitable for: walk-in camping; tent camping beside your vehicle; caravans; camper trailers.

Camp site surface: grass.

Facilities: water (treat before drinking), composting toilets, picnic tables.

Open fires: prohibited. Fuel stoves are recommended.

Generator use: only generators that operate at or below 65dB(A) are allowed. Generators may only be operated between 9.00am and 8.00pm.

Essentials to bring: sufficient food and water, rubbish bags, insect repellent and sunscreen. Read more about before you visit.

Bookings: Crediton Hall camping area is managed by Mackay Regional Council. Campers can book online or self-register upon arrival using the self-registration envelopes available from a dispenser at the toilet block.
