Location: on Koolmoon Creek track, 1.3km from Koolmoon Creek headwaters trailhead—1km from the trailhead is the turn-off to the 300m track to the camping area. If walking Koolmoon Creek track from the south it is 11.3km from Walters Waterhole camping area.

Access: the camping area can be reached on foot only.

Number of sites: open area without separately defined sites. Maximum camping area capacity is 10 people or five small tents.

Camp sites are suitable for: walk-in camping.

Camp site surface: dirt.

Facilities: none.

Open fires: not allowed. Fuel stoves are recommended.

Generators: prohibited.
