Miall Island camping area features fringing reefs on the south-eastern and northern sides of the island are very good for diving and snorkelling. The camping area is behind the small beach and fore dune to the south-west.

Camping area features: fringing reefs on the south-eastern and northern sides of the island are very good for diving and snorkelling. The camping area is behind the small beach and fore dune to the south-west.
Location: Miall Island is 11km east of Rosslyn Bay Harbour.
Access: the camping area can be reached by boat only.
Number of sites: 1 site only with a maximum of 6 people.
Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping only.
Camp site surface: sand.
Facilities: none.
Fires: Prohibited (open and closed). Gas or liquid fuelled stoves for cooking purposes are permitted.
Generators: not permitted.
Essentials to bring: all food and drinking water, sturdy rubbish bags, insect repellent, sun protection, first aid, reliable torch. Read more about before you visit.
Mobile phone coverage: mobile coverage generally reliable. VHF marine radios and satellite phones are recommended.
