Camping area features: Pelican Island is a rarely visited, rugged island covered in grassland and low vine thickets. Camping is on the western-facing shingle beach where fishing and beachcombing can be enjoyed.
Location: Pelican Island is 5km east of Emu Park.
Access: the camping area can be reached by boat only.
Number of sites: 1 site only with a maximum of 6 people.
Camp sites are suitable for: tent camping only.
Camp site surface: pebble beach.
Facilities: none.
Fires: Prohibited (open and closed). Gas or liquid fuelled stoves for cooking purposes are permitted.
Generators: not permitted.
