Stroll along Coral Beach to the trail entrance of the Beak lookout. Walk through coastal beach scrub then ascend a rise to enjoy views of the Whitsunday Passage and islands.
Remember to take your camera.
Getting there and getting around
The Beak lookout is located in Conway Conservation Park approximately 9.6km southeast of Airlie Beach.
- From the Coral Beach walk trailhead follow the trail 1.1km down to Coral Beach.
- At Coral Beach stroll the shoreline east for 180m to the Beak lookout trail entrance.
- Follow the trail for 520m ascending through coastal beach scrub to the lookout. Return the same way you came.
Wheelchair access
There is no wheelchair access to the Beak lookout.

The Beak lookout is open all year round. Access maybe closed at times due to severe weather or park management activities.
